AS-BUILTS AND POSTING
As-built Drawings - Contract drawings that are marked up to reflect the most recent changes. It's important that all key stakeholders have access to the project's "current set" of drawings at all times during the construction process.
Posting - The act of indicating a CD modification on an As-built drawing.
Addenda - A set of multiple addendum that amend bid documents after the original set has been issued, but before the bid has taken place. This could include modifications to drawings, sketches, spec sections, or contain narratives describing alterations. “Addenda” is plural noun of “addendum”.
BEST PRACTICES
Though your posted drawings will be uploaded and accessed on Procore, the act of posting the drawings is done within Bluebeam. First, create a digital posting log that identifies what and when it was posted. This will help you keep track of your progress and should be pasted on the tile page of the drawings so those reviewing the set will know what it includes. See example log and example title page.

At the beginning of each project, there are typically addenda that need to be posted on the as-built set so that all those using the set are aware of these modifications. Also, throughout the project there will be RFIs and ASIs that are to be posted weekly. Additionally, your subcontractors will be expected to keep their scope specific as-builts of any field changes that take place. These should confirmed and posted throughout the duration of the project.
