SUBMITTALS
Submittals can be shop drawings, material data, samples, mockups, warranties, O&Ms, and product data that are required to confirm that the correct products and quantities will be installed. It is not a CD altering document. Any requests wishing to alter the CDs needs to be confirmed via RFI.

SUBMITTAL REGISTER/SCHEDULE
This is a document created by the project engineer at the beginning of a project to outline every submittal required by the specifications. Each submittals is identified, scheduled, and assigned to a subcontractor/supplier within this document (typically in excel format).
